How much do you charge?
Price is determined based on service required. In most cases, a
meeting will be scheduled to discuss your business needs and
current bookkeeping systems. After initial assessment and
clean-up, a flat monthly rate is all you pay.
Do I have to sign a contract or make a time commitment?
Absolutely Not. Stay Smart Bookkeeping provideds only the
services you want, for as long as you want. There are no upfront
obligations, and you are only billed once the services have been
performed.
What size businesses do you work with?
We accept all-sized businesses. We understand the mechanics of
small and large business alike, and will cater to the needs of
our clients to ensure the best outcome.
How are you able to manage clients when you are not
local?
While we enjoy a nice face-to-face with a handshake, we are more
than capable of handling your bookkeeping needs remotely when
granted access to the proper documents. LogMeIn and GoToMeeting
are some examples of software we use to keep our clients
up-to-date. Through the appropriate utilization of these and
similar programs we are able to provide our clients with many
options as to how we view their files.
Does it matter what software I use?
No, we are fluent in most bookkeeping software programs. We
commonly work with Quickbooks, Quicken, Peachtree, and Creative
Accounting Solutions, just to name a few. Although we work with
many programs, we choose to import files into Quickbooks.
Quickbooks provides all necessary functions to maintain
accurate and up-to-date financials. |
